Atencao para a pele seca!!

Eu tava olhando essa foto e vendo o quanto que minha pele ta seca aqui em madrid! Aliás, tudo é seco aqui...é tao seco que agente acaba tomando choque em tudo que encosta. Agora eu ando encostando em tudo que é de metal ou de borracha, tipo corrimao da escada rolando, morrendo de medo! pareço uma louca, hahahaha, vou encostando devagar...pra nao tomar choque! O pior de tudo é que a borracha nao deveria dar choque né? mas o outro dia tava na zara e fui subir uma escada rolante e tomei um choque tao grande que fiquei traumatizada!!! Bom, essa semana até que passou rapido! Domingo eu tinha ido no Jardim botanico (Essa foto e outras no meu flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/viclic) que eu nao conhecia, e nao tive tempo de conhecer quando eu vim pra madrid de turista em 2003, e aproveitei pra ir novamente ao prado, que ainda nao tinha ido desta vez. Mas conclui a mesma coisa que da primeira vez...Nao gosto! Nao gosto de arte sacra, que é basicamente o que tem ali! Acho meio chato...sei la! Acho que ja escrevi sobre isso em outro post, que acho ficar vendo quadros uma chatice. Apesar que em londres eu até gostei, porque os quadros nao eram religiosos!
Toda a semana eu tive aula de contabilidade...mas foi meio revisao porque vamos ter prova! E foi MUITO puxado! :(
Ah, ja falei que me matriculei na academia? Tao boa!! hahahahhaha essa semana só fui segunda e terca. Depois nao tive tempo. mas amanha eu vou! Amanha nao tem aula...amanha é sexta-feira...

Que pasa con las relaciones reales????

Si, es verdad! Después de orkut (o antes, en realidad no lo se) vemos una proliferación imensa de sitios de relaciones, intercambios, grupos, personas, deseos, fotos, y lo que nos imaginemos. Orkut Flickr Last.fm 43things Blogs Fotologs etc, etc, etc. Será que ya llegamos al punto que somos tan dependientes de la tecnologia que no somos capaces de salir de casa y hacer amigos a la moda antigua? O será que virtualmente hoy en dia nos parece mas facil porque podemos pintar la imagen que queramos y es una manera de esconder la realidad? Que pasa con la realidad? no se...este post va a tener parte 2...lo voy a pensar un poco. por favor, diganme que opinan??? De cualquier manera, apesar de todo lo malo que se supone que puede tener, o que esta pasando con el mundo, tiene su parte buena, como compartir la musica que yo escucho, que es lo que les pongo ahora mismo! Que disfruten... y que las amistades virtuales se hagan cada vez mas reales...

Bandana Bib / Dribbling Bib

Now that my child blows raspberry and dribbles non stop, I thought I would make a bandana / Dribble bib for him. It looks so cute and I thought that I could definitely make some myself. So here are the instructions. Ideally you will need to different pieces of fabric. One of them I made towel and jersey, other I made flannel and towel. Any absorbent fabric really would do, but I like the idea of towel ish fabric to absorbe the dribble and stop it from getting into his t-shirt. Specially now that the weather is so cold here in sydney. You will cut a triangle of fabric. the base/wider side should have around 43 cm. So fold in the middle and allowing 2 cm to give it the needed shape (its not a perfect triangle) measure from the end to the middle 30 cm. I reckon the drowing will make more sense. You can do it with paper and use it as a pattern, or you can do it with one piece of fabric and than cut the other one based on the first one. Anyway, put right sides togeth...

Wednesday is day of

Wednesday is the day that I work from home, although today is my last one, since I will finish working this Friday. I have this girl cleaning my house because I  can't do much, plus I prefer to pay someone to help with the cleaning if I can. I think its because I grew up in Brazil where you usually have a live in cleaner (or used to, cause I hear things are changing there. So I didn't do much today. I did eat chocolate (Please someone make the chocolate go away), cooked dinner in the morning (Before the cleaner came).  I made a mushroom ricotta quiche (Recipe is here ) that is delicious (had some for lunch). and spent the whole afternoon researching about my new little project (its in the oven) and not getting anywhere really cause I am finding challenging to find the suppliers I need in Australia. I Also did some work, but 2 days before I finish I don't really have so much to do. Anyway, that's my day. Time to go pick up my son from day care. Til next time Xo...
